I live around the area and stop in to local convenience stores often. This Casey's is constantly out of stuff that I buy often. One time I went in to grab some lunch around 1 and their kitchen was closed, not sure why. I would say that the general staff is rude so I try to go in there only when certain staff members are working. And lately when I get gas here my car acts funny for a few minutes after turning the car back on. Not sure why on that either. I hope some changes can be made to make this a nicer small town stop.

I am a trained weather spotter who stopped at this location to take shelter. Soon after our arrival, the electricity went out. There was still a tornado warning to the west of Goldfield in the Belmond area. One of the employees asked us to leave the facility per managers orders and locked the door behind us. While I completely understand the concern for theft.... I would expect a customers safety to be far more important.
