Avoid! Very old! A Thousand Trails / Encore Park that they don’t put any money into. It is mostly very old park models and as the park models are removed, converted to RV Park. Laundry room is filthy, Asphalt road is deteriorating, RV sites subpar. Expensive also, $590 per month plus electric. We hardly used our electricity and our total bill for the month was $717. Go somewhere else, people were nice. Confirmed we don’t want a Thousand Trails / Encore membership

Nice place for park models and RVs. Not easy to find, but behind Casa Verde Estates. Busy during the Snow bird season which is Nov through April. No dog park available, but you can have a dog. Small pool and I believe they have dances, holiday entertainment, trips.

I live there year round.a lot of nice people.some activities and table games.bingo and parties.

Fast friendly help. Front desk is one of the best in rv areas. Resident seem happy. AND, stop in Friday for donuts at the clubhouse.
