We have recently signed for a year round lease.  We did not check closely enough at the pet friendly attitude of the park.  My wife and I have been verbally accosted while walking our dogs.  We are deciding if it is worth the aggravation to stay the remainder of the year or just take the loss and move to another actual pet friendly park.  We understand the park rules have changed recently; however, We were not a party to those changes and should not be treated as an uncaring pet owner or one of “those people” who only cares about my animals. 
I hope the owner or management can come to some sort of An agreement between pet owners and non-pet owners.  I was surprised that the dog park was near a self proclaimed dog watchers lot.  Again I hope you will be able to come to an agreement soon.

The people are friendly, helpful, and the park is spotless. It has some nice amenities. Smaller than some so homey and cozy. Very close to town and I-10, but quiet and has a country feel.

Great park. We considered buying a park model here when we retire however the part does not offer RV storage or parking for winter visitors which is a big - for us the park is very clean well maintained great management great residents unfortunately just because of RV storage not for us but would recommend it for anyone that does not have that concern

Very nice park, well maintained and managed. The people living/staying here are so friendly.  They have all manner of activities and actually listen to their guests.
