Very rude manager. She made a very rude, and offhanded comment to a elderly woman about her intelligence. I will not be returning to this Cassanos.

Ordered over the phone. The first lady we spoke to was rude somehow messed up address although I spelled it out for them the lady said it would be out in 17-20 minutes. An hour later we call and speak to another lady who was very rude and started to argue with us. The lady in the end said the driver just left and that he should be there soon. 10  minutes later call back another time.... The lady I spoke to was nice and tried to help out but was confused by what was going on. Needless to say still waiting on the food. It's been almost two hours

Whenever I'm back in the area, this is a must stop for me. I even have family bring me pizzas when they visit me in 'Bama.

Zero Stars.  Ordered 2 pizzas (credit card) at the same time...stated 40-60 minutes to delivery.  One pizza arrived at 60 minutes.  The delivery man left the one pizza with us and said he would be back with the other.  The pizza he left was cold (not even luke warm).  Called the manager and she offered $10 off...she claimed it was the best she could do.  Delivery man came back another 40 minutes later to complete the order and told us the entire order was free.  We tipped him well (cash) for his troubles of coming to our house twice.  Then...the manager and her store charged our credit card full price for the entire order.  This place is pure trash.  Beware of the scam.  BTW, the hot pizza was crap and not worthy of praise the chain has received.  Never again.

Really love Casanova pizza just wish I could get a pizza delivered one time under an hour and a half!! Or at the very least have it be hot!! Very disappointed!!
