Waited an hour! They took my payment but didn’t bring it because they could not verify my phone number. I did give the wrong number because I changed my number yesterday

They did not do any of the following 
1. Call hotel and ask for room number
2. Go to front desk and ask to ring the room
3. Any other common sense customer service method
4. Wanted to deliver hour old pizza and then got frustrated when I asked for it to be remad and said it be another hour
5. A simple offer with a free soda would have helped

Just very poor service and lack of customer service 

Now 3-5 days without my money

I recommend better driver training for what to do in those situations

Terrible Service. I usually love Pizza Huts stuffed crust but this store is trash; will not support it. We ordered delivery waited for 30 to 45min and than called them and than they tell us they took our number down incorrectly and could not get to us in our Apartment Complex. Oddly enough we left our door open just in case this situation occurred and no one even knocked. The girl on the phone was clueless; and in no way invested in assisting us genuinely. They said the person would come back; never did though. Ended up canceling our order. Anyways, Marcos Pizza in the area is way better better service as well. We usually just go with them.

The worst expierience ever! Absolutely zero customer service. When you're placing an order on the phone they rush you making it hard to even complete your full order. This happens every time.. Pizza Hut on broad is way more customer friendly.

Amber Trent is a awesome manager always nice and polite. This pizza hut is the best in town. .

This particular restaurant is pick-up or delivery only. No available seats for dining in. Staff is very friendly, and with the tracker app, you know when your food is ready.
