Anyone else started having break-ins around their complex with this company? I am noticing a disturbing pattern... I witnessed construction workers hired by this company getting uncomfortably close to my neighbor's storage unit early one morning when I was walking the dog. The worker was startled when he saw me and backed off from my neighbor's property. I would love an explanation, but the least I can do is advise fellow owners to be vigilant of the kind of workers hired by Castle Breckenridge. Thank you.

Rating is actually a 2.5, they are average. Strengths are proactive with maintenance and upkeep of the property but not responsive to property owners and high fees.

I am appalled at how bad their communications are and the excuses they make up for not returning calls. Our manager, Caterra Rainey, still has yet to answer any of our questions after MONTHS of asking. Terrible Service!

I am a local Realtor and also a homeowner at one of the communities represented by Castle Breckenridge. A concern we brought to Debra Dailey in March of this year had multiple discussions with no satisfaction. She invited us to contact her directly, and this month 5 emails and 7 phone calls/messages have been unanswered by her. Extremely poor customer service, in our direct first-hand experience.
