A quaint little ( big) community within a town who's management has managed to attract a veritable cornucopia of users ranging from tooth less meth heads to casually coiffed skater types to  young ladies  aspiring to homelessnes as made evident by their absenteeism. But at least the pool is dirty.

Used to work here many years ago.  Place has seen better days, management didn't seem to care at all about quality or upkeep since then.

I came to look around about a month back they have a strict no parking rule infront of house spaces no matter if you know the person the place is filled with “red line” to not park and you will get towed away, what if someone has guests one day ?
