Went in for an oil change and everything was fine for about 2 says then i started to get water in my vents, did a little research and found that the drain tube was probably clogged. We got under the car, found the tube, and it looked like it was bent back and sealed off. Now im no expert but i worked as a testing technician for cars and nothing like that has ever come across us, it looks completely intentional, no way this happened going down the road, its physically impossible. Now i have mold in my passenger side floorboard from all the moisture. Do not recommend.

They are so incredibly nice here. The waiting room is exceptionally comfortable. They have massage chairs and video games as well as rocking chairs outside. Great customer service. Always making sure you are completely satisfied. Love these guys!!!!!

Car wash is nice. I sent my 18 daughter in for oil change and they told her she needed to get oil flushed for an extra $28. Car manufacturer doesn't recommend this being done and car only has 63k miles on it. I've never had any oil change place try to sell me this. This is how places get a name for ripping off ladies of all ages.

Great Car Wash! Pelican Bay Car Wash provides the best wash around for the best price as well.  There is a cool light show in the wash bay and it smells amazing! The equipment inside the actual car wash seems to be in great working condition, and gives ever inch of my car a through wash each time. The customer service is always wonderful. The interior service I received was top of the line, my car had never been cleaner. The dog hair that had been stuck to the seats for months, was completely gone! I refuse to go to any other car wash in the area. They do offer free vacuums and compressed air, which is great for all the little crumbs!

Great experience every time! I have an unlimited monthly wash package and it's worth every penny! I would highly recommend pelican bag for any of your car washing needs!
