Old and rundown but the mini golf was still fun. Went on a Thursday afternoon and it was crowded at all. Unlimited golf and arcade for $13.99. The place is pretty old but that was expected. Only real downside was that they close really early. Not nearly enough time to actually play the courses and games.

Very over priced. $10 for parking & everyone over 34" has to pay minimum of $9.99 to get into the park even if they aren't going to get on rides. Ride wristbands are more $$. They didn't have enough ride attendants on a Sunday so every other ride was closed, but they did rotate. I would recommend going to Scandia instead. Free parking & admission and better food too.

There is a little bit of everything at this park in Riverside. The miniature golf course is one by which others should be judged. It is really well designed. It is large, the props, animations and courses are interesting and fun. It is also very beautiful. Lots of water features, lots of palm trees. Even golfing at night here is fun. It is well lit. Castle Park also has an amusement park. There are smaller, fair-type rides here, though they are fun. The train is beautifully detailed. This park used to be privately owned and then transferred ownership to Palace Entertainment. Their management of parks is so-so and it is reflected in their general lack of maintenance. You can definitely tell the original parts of the park (which are well built and attractive) and the cheaper parts built by Palace. Food can be expensive. It is inexcusable that they charge for parking here. Also, the arcade (in the castle) that used to be one of my favorite places as a kid, is now a dirty, dingy, run-down shell with half of the games broken. Palace Entertainment has done a terrible job operating this place.

Castle Park is a great place to bring your little kids. The rides are perfect for young children & Teenagers. Miniature golf and the Mini water park in the summer. I have been coming to Castle Park since I was a kid and enjoy bringing my family here now. Inexpensive and fun.

Steadily declining to a total dump. I've been going to this place since the 80's and all I can say is that it truly has gone down hill the entire time. From the rides being mostly broken or "under construction" to the nasty ass bathrooms & ghetto arcade within the castle walls, this place is dying....slowly...very very slowly
