Went to splash kingdom last weekend for their grand opening. The pool side chairs were extremely dirty, ordered a smoothie it took 15 minutes to make because another employee was teaching the other employee how to make the smoothie, the staff was extremely rude, half of the slides weren't open. The water was extremely dirty & they were cleaning the water as customers were inside of the water. There was bugs inside of the water and huge piled of trash. Staff was sitting around & nobody was properly trained. I called to see if I could get a refund and the manager told me she can't refund my money because I wasn't in person. It was an hour and a half drive for me. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

I went with my kids and my worker and we really enjoyed the rides. They had many rides as if it was gigantic. It could be a little cleaner but the experience was worth it and it was awesome.

A lot of fun. We rented a cabana for the day they took care of us 😁. They had a section where you can drink beer. The mango ale beer was really good.

Clean Pools, nice staff, lazy river and a wave pool. Inside is pretty nice. good place to take the family!

It was fun. Theres alot of water slides and activities to do while you're there. I went on a school field trip to splash kingdom. They gave us food vouchers and it was very unorganized to redeem them. We were going back and fourth in lines because the employees told us to go get our food at the fry factory just to then be told to go into a different line. We ended uo waiting over 30 minutes for poorly made pizza. The lines to get food are really slow and take forever. But it was an overall good experience.
