I am going to post both as an ex-employee and customer. Customer: The best time and days to go would be on Saturday since either almost all are open or some--including golf, go karts, and the motor boats. Arcade is open everyday. The rides are not open on the weekday so I would not recommend to go. Check the website to see if they have closed it for a private event, but it will never tell you what rides are open/not working. The food is overpriced for how much they give you and I would recommend to eat at Metro mall before/after heading to the park. The bracelet allows you to ride all the rides and admission is free. So parents, you do not need a bracelet just to walk around or take your kid. Ex-employee: Birthday Hostess, cashier At first I was having fun working here since the party room was for kids and it's all about the kid. Sometimes I got tipped because the customer knew we are the same as waitresses since we do handle the food and beverages. The party room is small, tacky, with dirty carpet, and it really needs an upgrade. If you want more food, you have to wait while its made and to make the transaction upstairs. Almost all the employees are teens working the part time job, but it is not worth it. The hours are inconsistent. Some days I would work 1 hour and others I worked 12+. In all honestly, the employees try to please the customer so please treat them kindly, unless they are not being friendly/cooperative. Overall the park is old and really needs to be renovated. The arcade has some pretty good variety of games. The bathrooms are always clean. The food is overpriced. Bracelets a tad overpriced. Somewhat friendly staff. It's a 50/50 shot.

I've been wanting to go here for a very long time and it seems that no one ever wants to go with me. But I have this opportunity to actually go went it was fantastic the rides are great some of them are super scary which they don't look that scary at all from the road. The miniature golf was great too and the little soft served ice cream they have is delicious I went back for another cone. Arcade on the inside as fantastic as well I'll be back

Seen this place from the hwy while visiting and knew this place was for me. Go karts, coasters and mini golf! I felt like a kid again. Clean and well lit. By far, the best mini park I've been too. Bumper cars and bumber boats(water) were all fun. Everything worked and the staff was top notch. Food is priced for what you'd expect but very affordable if you're seasoned to theme parks. Definitely get a wristband to get the full experience. Overall, I will be coming back and will continue to tell all about the experience. Great for ALL ages and occasions.

With Four different mini-golf courses that cross and meander, one will definitely enjoy one's self quite a bit. I have to apologize that I cannot comment on the two roller coasters as that was not what I visited for, but they looked rather exciting and rather the point of the name of the park. There was or rather is an obstacle course in the air that I did not get to try but I saw it and i plan to try it on my next go around when i return later this summer. There were lots of games in the arcade that were clearly meant to pump tickets out for the erasers rubber snakes and novelty pencils in the cash-in store located at the back.

We have lived in Phoenix on and off for over 10 yrs and I always avoided Castles and Coasters. Mainly because it's a much smaller park than I'm used to. (I grew up with season passes to King's Island every year) But we decided to go last Friday for a friend's birthday and the $20 ride all you want deal. I was pleasantly surprised with the park! It was laid out very well, and there are a lot more rides and attractions than I figured there would be. The prices for food and drinks weren't horrible. Bathrooms were fairly clean, and the staff was...present. lol (Mostly young adults and what can you expect) I think we'll try to visit this place more often.
