Love the merchandise. We shop here on vacation every year. Unfortunately, this time we had a horrible customer service experience. I had been walking around with a top trying to decide if I wanted it. After deciding not to purchase, I put it back on the rack and the associate was very accusatory glancing at our other shopping bags while asking where it was and that she thought it was on the other side of the store so I couldn't have put it back because it didn't go in the front. We will probably not be back.

Had an awful customer service experience. With the number of other stores in Fairhope that treat customers with respect of my time and my money, I will be not returning and will certainly patrionize other stores.

Great, fun place!  Wish I lived closer.  Ran across this shop when visiting a friend who lives in Fairhope.  WILL GO BACK

Just made a return trip to get clothes. This is my all time favorite place to shop. It is always soooooooo much fun to shop here AND have wonderful conversations. Miss having this store  in Kentucky.
