I was so excited once I heard this place carried the brands I always order online like Tory Burch and AG Jeans. But I was so disappointed when I walked in. The employees were very smug and unfriendly. They also awkwardly followed me throughout the store. It was such an uncomfortable atmosphere which is unfortunate for them. My family relocated here this summer, and they could have gained loyal customers.

Had a problem with a foundation that I purchased. Used one time and the color is wrong, and they were not willing to work with me. I don't think they really have the skills to help you with the makeup or at least they didn't really take the time to help.

They do have cute dresses, which is why I go, but the customer service is terrible!! I actually went twice in one week recently because I needed a dress for a special occasion. Both times I went into the shop, browsed around for about 30 minutes and then left. There were 3 salespeople that I saw. They looked at me and went back to their conversation. Not one of them spoke to me the entire time I was there!! No one said hello when I entered, no one asked if I needed help, and no one told me goodbye or come again. It was pathetic! I will not go back again. I suppose I will drive to New Orleans.
