Great prices but one faux pas left me very unpleased as a customer. A lock from management was placed on my unit without my permission and not because I defaulted on any payments. The issue was resolved fairly quickly though

Always use these guys. Never ever had an issue. If you leave before your next payment is due, they send you a check for the difference. Love it.

Rented a 10x10 storage unit here for one year and was very pleased. Office staff was always helpful and professional, and they issued the check to refund our deposit within 24 hours after we emptied the unit. The property seems very secure, and there was a hand truck always convenient for moving items up to the second floor of the building using the elevator. (Note that some of the units are inside the building, while others have an entrance directly from the parking lot.) Individual security code required to enter and to leave. The price was more affordable than other storage complexes in Williamsport, and the location was very convenient, right off the highway and the Golden Mile. Highly recommend.
