We chose Roan's Mayflower over a competitor whose price was significantly lower because we trusted that Roan's estimate was more realistic due to their many years in the moving business. We were extremely pleased with their personnel, the care that was taken with our belongings, and all other aspects of our move to another state. We wholeheartedly recommend Roan's and give them 5 stars!

This was second time in several years we used Roan's to help move our daughter. Both times we always had access to someone be it Mr Roan, I believe i spoke to a while back, and to Renee and Laurie. Frequently! They always had answers and explained everything very thoroughly. The last actual move for us, was to rent our own truck, because this way our daughter could peruse things to decide what she wanted to take back to Ohio with her and still be able to use the truck for a few days. ROAN'S gave us a convenient day to go through things. They had all of the items brougt down and lined up for easy sorting, helped us intermittently throughout the day, were very helpful to us through the whole process. Things had been stored at Roans for approximately 2 years, and werd in good condition when unpacked. No mold nor mildew. Would definitely want to use Roan's again, but hope it won't be necessary. Getting too old to go through moving anymore! Had I known how efficient this company was beforehand, it would have saved me much fretting, which I shouldn't do anyway! Thanks to all the staff there. I would like to start off by saying first impressions are everything, Renee gave me information on the company, policies, laws, and a general overview of how things would happen from start to finish. Renee came by for a free quote, and was spot on with her quote, and I mean was within $100 +/- of the quote. The other companies were less than impressive with their overall presentations. The actual move was a great experience, as they were at my house a few minutes before the schedule time. The crew of three where very professional, communicated well with my wife and I. I talked with them after the packing was done to make sure we were on the same page for delivery of our goods, as we had some weather concerns. We confirmed the address of our new place. After this Renee called a few hours later with our total for the move, giving me ample time to go to the bank. The next day, the team call to give me a ETA and was great when the unloaded our stuff, as They put everything back together, and took their time, they were not hurried and very patient with us as we tried to get boxes to there right places. There was minimal damage to a couple pieces of furniture, but that is to be expected as everything was wrapped and protected as promised. I would highly recommend Roan's Mayflower for all your moving needs, best moving company we have every dealt with in all of our moves over the past 10 years, 7 total moves. Thanks for such a great job.

Roans were very pleasant to work with. They helped from start to finish. Renee can to the house twice to give us prices and was very knowledgable in what she does. Moving day came and went with no problems. Truck arrived in Florida on day it was promised. Had a few things damaged and now waiting to see what all is going to be covered. Renee did tell us the best was to go was full protection so just waiting to see. Would definitely recommend.
