While I am not Catholic, I enjoyed attending Mass here with some Catholic friends a few years back. I participated as much as a non-Catholic should, but was confused at times by the different parts of the ceremonies. My friends were helpful though and the congregation seemed to understand my errors. As for the cathedral itself, the architecture is incredible and the design reflects both Romanesque and Gothic styles. Parking is a little tricky if you're not familiar with the area. Overall, if you're in Salt Lake City, I highly recommend you make it a point to stop by no matter your religious preferences.

If you are in Salt Lake, I would suggest making a stop here no matter if or what your religious opinions are. The cathedral is beautiful. I appreciate the lift many of their events give me and I'm sure many others. They have an adjoining shelter/kitchen that is a great part of the community.

Stunning architecture, the scenes depicted in the stained glass windows were beautifully done. A great place for reflection.
