The lady on the phone ( Shirly) was rude and impatient . I felt rushed and definitely not welcomed. She definitely allowed her irritation to be heard.  I would prefer that there be a coaching with your customer service/front desk receptionist. This is my first time attempting to receive medical service ( vaccines to go out of the country) from this facility and I already want to cancel my appointment with this place. ugh. Definitely not a goof look for your company!

I read all the reviews before I called this place and they were a lot of bad one's but I thought I would still try it and give them a shot, so anyways I called to make an appointment like it said on their page.
When I spoke to the receptionist I told her I was calling to make an appointment and she asked me in a bad tone " what for ", so I replied that i needed to see the doctor so she told me to hold and she put me on hold for 18 min. When she came back she asked me again "how can I help you"? 
So I told her again I needed to make an appointment.  So after holding for nearly 20 min she told me I could go online and make an appointment or to just walk in, so I told her she could have told me that in the first place and she hanged up on me.

Seriously don't waste your time

Very slow and a bit expensive. I have been here twice now, once for a ruptured ear drum and once for a vaccine. Wait times are pretty bad, generally waiting 45min - 1 hour despite having an appointment for one of these visits. I will not return in the future. There is free parking on the east side of the building, down a small side road

Can't say enough nice things.  I had an injury at work and was brought by cab and they were waiting with a wheelchair.  Everyone - the receptionist, the nurse, the woman who took x-rays and the doctor were unbelievably kind and helpful.  Even brought me a glass of water because I was thirsty.  They even called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions.  I would definitely recommend them!
