My sons and I  suffered the absolute worst tragedy the day we lost my husband and father John Bruce on October 9, 2009 in a work related accident overseas in Kuwait.  In the ensuing months, with no real information about the exact cause of the accident, we were fortunate that our best friend Jim Pesoli recommended Cavanagh Law Group to us.  When you hire Timothy Cavanagh you get him!  He and his team literally traveled all over the world to gather information that proved to a Cook County jury that an employee of CAV International was negligent in his duties, causing my husband's fall and subsequent death.  During the ten day trial, Tim Cavanagh, Stacey Cavanagh and Benjemen Nichols, proved to the jury that my husband was not responsible for the accident that resulted in his death.  I never doubted their abilities, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough, compassionate, and professional team of attorneys.  I give them ten stars!
