I was injured in a car accident in 2014. I was referred to Willens Law Offices and had the privilege of working with David Baez. My case presented with a variety of barriers, making settlement an improbable resolution. David worked diligently on my case while I continued to recover and attempt to get my life back. Although we were unable to reach a settlement, David was phenomenal with helping me prepare for trial. He supported me every step of the way to ensure I understood the process and knew what to expect each day. His hard work and dedication resulted in a successful jury verdict at trial. I am certain I would not have had the same outcome with another firm. I would highly recommend David and Willens Law Offices.

You know you've chosen a good firm when you go into mediation and the other side opens with, "Megan, first off I want to let you know you've chosen an excellent lawyer." I've never once through this entire process doubted that fact. Every single person in the legal system I've spoken to speaks very highly of Willens Law. My case was extremely complicated and included enough medical records to need a wheelbarrow, dating back to when I was 8. David Baez was absolutely phenomenal in digging through all of it to organize a clear and concise case that even I, having lived through it, would never have been able to do. His follow-up was amazing and his patience with me, having never been through anything like this before, was incredible. I never went into a single thing feeling unprepared. He didn't baby me and asked the tough questions that needed to be asked to prepare me for this sometimes very stressful process. These guys helped me reach a settlement during mediation where the two sides were VERY far apart. Having David and Matt by my side during mediation made me incredibly grateful for their negation skills and knowledge of the law. After we settled David spent countless hours negotiating down liens and bills from a multitude of providers for many surgeries, follow-ups, and tests to ensure I took home the absolute most I possibly could. This firm took an experience that can be horrible and stressful and turned it into one where I never, for one moment, questioned if I was being taken care of or making the right choices. I will continue to recommend them to anyone for years to come.
