I highly recommend Phillips Law Offices (Chicago) and Terrence Quinn (Terry), Partner for personal injury and malpractice matters.  I was the unfortunate victim of a car accident where I was rear-ended by a commercial tow truck carrier in 2008.  I suffered significant shoulder injuries and required multiple surgeries and rehab.  Like most folks, there was not enough medical coverage in my auto insurance policy to cover all the x-rays, scans, surgery, rehab and treatment necessary for me to get healthy again while caring for 2 young children. I needed solid legal representation to gain financial relief and peace-of-mind from the insurance company of the responsible commercial truck driver.  Phillips Law Offices were highly recommended by friends in the legal community as very experienced and highly capable of helping me.  Terry and the Phillips Law team were outstanding, diligent and unbelievably professional by completely handling all legal matters and negotiations so that I could completely focus on healing through 2 shoulder surgeries and taking care of my young children.  Terry prepared me well for the legal process including how to take a deposition and be ready for trial — a daunting and overwhelming for anyone. Terry persistently advocated for me and successfully negotiated a proper settlement on behalf of my family on the eve of trial.  He also negotiated down all the debts for outstanding medical bills. Terry Quinn was our point of contact and he was excellent at keeping us informed and professional. My wife and I got to spend time with each one these people in the picture, Stephen, Terry, Jill and Elise. Each one spent time with us to work on our case. It was a Team Effort. They kept us focused and were attentive to our needs when we started to get flustered with what is our system. They know what they are doing and work well together. Many thanks to them for the work that was done to get what was owed our son. And no Stephen and I are not related :)

Phillips Law Offices represented me in my personal injury case when I was in a really bad car accident. Elise was my lawyer and she always made an effort to call and email me about the details going on in my case. It took about a year to settle the case and I was very happy with the outcome. I was even able to build a relationship with Elise and later get an opportunity to intern with Phillips Law Offices. Working side by side with the lawyers I was able to see how hard they truly work and how dedicated they are to the clients they represent and the cases they work on. I am truly grateful to have been able to work with the lawyers and even more grateful to have had them represent me in my personal injury case. I would recommend these lawyers to anyone and everyone!

I had been told by a number of lawyers that I did not have a viable case when I met Steve Phillips. We discussed the issues and history of what had happened and Steve agreed to take the case. I was thrilled to see that when Steve and his team took on my case they would not take no for an answer. The defendants had stone walled my prior lawyers and Steve pushed back and discovered the documents which showed what I had been saying was accurate and the defendants were negligent. The Phillips law offices team was extremely  thorough in their preparation and were on my side fighting for me the entire time the case was pending. Just prior to the trial date the defendants realized they were out matched and settled the case that they had said they would never pay a dime. Lawyers are a dime a dozen but lawyers like Steve and his team are hard to come by. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have worked as a legal secretary for over 20 years and have a lot of experience and contact with lawyers and their firms.

So when my son was injured in an accident, I contacted the people that not only had a great reputation, but were also very pleasant, responsive and respectful whenever I had previously called them during my daily work  duties. You can tell a lot about people by the way they treat you when they are not even working for you. 

Steve Phillips and his staff were very easy to get ahold of and were always happy to answer any questions. He made me feel very comfortable in trusting what he and his firm did for my son and I. 
I would highly recommend him to everyone.
