Terrible policies. I was given the wrong book for a class, and when asking for the correct one they were out of order. I took another book back because I found a better deal and was charged 10 percent for the return. The lady handling the returns lacked empathy and treated me terribly for a customer service position. Will be going anywhere but here for books. Look online first chances are you can find books for way cheaper.

The place to go if you need supplies for your classes. It is most students go to place for getting textbooks for their classes. If you need help with finding something, the staff is glad to help.

Never had an issue there. It is a well organized, clean, and friendly environment.

Typical college bookstore... overpriced and too busy when you actually need to go there.
