Wish i could rate this store a negative star, they've got to be the worst boost in Tri-Cities!! Ain't worth me even typing anymore just simply don't go here, with the service being provided here they'll be out of business soon!! :)

I recently bought a phone exactly 14 days ago n about 4 days i go i notice it started chargin really slow almost to a stop i called the store told them i was sold a defaulty phone and if i could get a exchange they said they could help me their policy is after 5 days not their problem they called me back said just this once they would do it but i had to be there that day i was put if town and couldn't make it back till 5 at lease they said that doesnt work for them and are not gana help me anymore.
They should stand by their product and take back their phones were not broken or have any damage other then already being defaulty when purchase.

Service sucks girl named Giovanna looks like she wakes up dont even wash her face do her hair you guys need more efficient people who can act like they want to work idk why people go to work with stupid attitude if u dont wwnt to work or get ready dont go to work will never return to that boost store
