I went to the store on 4/26/17 and the girl that was supposed to help me was doing everything but help.  She tried to get me to go to another store the next day or come back to that store the next day.  She ended up leaving and the guy that was there Gilbert helped me and had my purchase finished quickly.  He got the sale, not her and she was rude.  They should have offered to include a phone case for free for my trouble with this.

I've been very satisfied with my phone experience with Cricket wireless. I think it's the best value around. My indoor experiences have been mixed, there's usually a wait because they don't have more than  one person working.
