We purchased our carpet from CBL Floors. The price was really good, the installation was done very well & quickly, the cleanup was outstanding & everyone was unbeliably friendly.

We sent over a job to bid and Frank informed us he would visit the job and provide us with an estimate. After trying to reach him for 2 weeks, leaving multiple voicemails, sending multiple emails, Frank finally informs me he is not bidding the job. Not professional what so ever.

We visited CBL Floors when searching for a new flooring provider.  We wanted to support a small family run business that we knew would have pride in their work and ensure that we were happy with the results of their labor.  We found that in CBL Floors.  We received personal attention to our needs and advice about the best products for our home.  We love our new carpet!

Very good experience!  Oksana was really good with communicating cost and timing as well as going over their products, Frank did a great job of measuring and coming up with options for our floors, Ryan did a great job of installation!  Good people to work with and our floors look great!
