Very friendly and courteous staff.  Brought in a watch for a new battery and found out it was slightly damaged when they started repairs.  Took the time to explain what was wrong and tired what he could to fix it.  Didn't work, but I really appreciate the help and the effort put into helping me

This morning I found out my car battery was dead. After getting it jumped, I went to the Robert Street location, and with essentially no wait time had a new battery purchased and installed. 

I was helped by Mic, who delivered with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back to this location any time I have a need for a car battery in the future.

Had issues with my iphone not charging. Saw on google that this store could repair charging ports. They were extremely friendly, very helpful, and very quick. Was able to fix my Iphone.  Good Value. I will return and will recommend.

Excellent experience i needed new Batt for an electric kid car, store clerk worked hard to save me $$ and get me a batt that had longer life than the original! So thankful for great customer service!!

As office Manager of a machine shop, we go through a LOT of batteries. Batteries Plus is our go-to shop for not only AA/AAA/C/D/9V, but they even custom-build battery packs so we’re not stuck buying brand new tools when the batteries go bad. Pretty convenient. 

Last year, I consulted with PHAROH at this Batteries Plus location regarding converting half of our shop from CFL bulbs to LED. Previously, every time a bulb went out, we had to hire a company to come out and install a new one for us, which cost a pretty penny. Thus, our shop was consistently dim, since we’d often wait until quite a few were out, for cost efficiency.

PHAROH not only helped us pick out LED bulbs that worked with our current ballasts, he also explained the difference between lumens and power usage. Once we finally had a bulb picked out, he helped us get a good deal since we were buying in bulk by honoring the online price in-store, and even informed us of an XCEL Energy rebate that saved us even more money. 

Having ordered about 500 bulbs, he not only delivered them to us personally, he also returned to take our old CFLs after the conversion was done for recycling.

In the near future, we plan on converting the other half of the shop from CFLs to LEDs, and I wouldn’t even think of going with anyone else.
