I was not thrilled to have to go buy a new snow blower during a blizzard in March. The staff at lowes were all very friendly and Tom K from lawn and garden was extremely helpful. Although it was an unexpected expense, I was happy to spend my money at a store with such a nice staff.

I just came back from this Lowe's where a very kind man took me to the department I wanted to find some screws to fasten an IKEA rail to my kitchen drywall, and strong enough to support the weight of the rail plus heavy items such as pots and pans hanging from it. He turned me over to another man who works in that department, who patiently explained how to drill holes and install toggle fasteners. 

Then, since he had obviously "noticed" I am 76 and probably on a limited budget ( true) and had never heard of these things before, he showed me a type that works similarly but takes only one step to install. When I told him I needed 12, he said that was too expensive, and he'd find something else. He pulled out a bulk package of 100 that worked the same way but were much cheaper. When I reminded him I only needed 12, he kept looking until he found one containing 50, at a very good price compared to the rest. 

When I got to the checkout, with the three plants I'd purchased with the savings on the fasteners, a lovely, smiling woman put each plant in a huge plastic bag  and closed it at the top, so I could transport them home in this cold weather without damaging them. 

It was my first visit to a Lowe's and the service I received guarantees I'll be back again.

In Lowe's the other day Alejandro helped me out with everything for my wiring project. I was able to put in new outlets and new 3 way switches with his help very helpful highly recommend Lowe's
