Ive only had 2 experiences with this company and both were bad unfortunately.
1st- got booster box, box was badly damaged and so were packs/cards, thought they may have added more protection around the box to help protect it from shipping but they did not
2nd- they advertised pre-sale(relating to the time before a period when goods are available to public sometimes at reduced prices)
But it was in fact a pre-order(order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later), after I place the order I felt a little off as I started to read other reveiws of the same issue, but on the website there were items advertised and presale and preorder (so why would they use both if they meant the same thing) but then they also update my account saying that it was shipped April 27th, after 3 weeks of not receiving the item, I followed up and they said it would not be shipped until the official release date, which was June.16th. 
The item I order, was ordered in April, the official release date of said item was June.16th. So then, I waited until july, still no items at my door. So i followed up with them again, they looked into it and released they didn't ship it.  They only just shipped it last Friday (July.7th). Almost a month after the release date.  So they said it was shipped, when it wasn't, and they advertised presale not preorder, and I got a damaged booster box. Currently I am waiting to see if the items are also going to show up as damaged as my booster box did. I had high hopes for this company and heard good things and bad things, unfortunately they only lived up to the bad things i heard, because of the damaged item I received, and with the false advertising as well, I will no longer be shopping here.
Ccgcastle, I know companies sometimes make mistakes, and there is no garantee that items wont be damaged after shipping, but i thought my experience wouldnt have been as bad as this. But thank you for your time and thank you for shipping my items at least.
