CDFW claims they value Public Reports, but when you report a dead cow for 5 months, they do nothing about it.  How is it ok to leave dead cow carcasses out?  Supposedly they care? They have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they do not.

I've called  three different times to have a simple question answered. Calls were not returned in a tomleu manner. 
I am generally disappointed in my experience.

I am a Marine Corps Vet 100% disabled. I went in to get a tag and some info on zones, the receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me as if scolding a child. I am very sure that they have the info i need but the manner in which she spoke just made me angry. I will be sure to not return.
