My experience here today was top notch. I had an appointment, went in only 5 minutes early, took a number sat down and 5 minutes later, my name was called. We were helped by Rick?, a very gracious soft spoken man, who was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He solved our problem and has us on our way inside of 20 minutes.  Best experience in a government office, ever.  Give that man a raise!

Wectum, did you seriously complain that they don't have WiFi? This would only be a concern to a cell phone addict. It is not the responsibility of Social Security to pander to peoples passions and addictions.

Not efficient by any means.  In true government style, take simple requests and complicate the heck out of them.

The workers are very disrespectful and unprofessional say things to people that they should not and do not need to say I believe we need workers who understand people and where they come from who will have more hospitality and who are kind who don't judge a book by a cover and actually listen to what they have to say.
