I've been seeing Dr Ron for about 3 years now and he's great! Always has open appointments and the office staff seems competent enough. I've never had any issues with billing or anything like that. Can't recommend them enough!

If you need to see someone that will make a snap judgement about who you are and what you are going through, and then tell you that you shouldnt be optimistic about getting better sooner, then this is the place for you!

Both Dr. McGaugh and the nurse were very nice and helpful, which is why they get an extra star. When the bill came, I was surprised to find that I was charged for an office visit, both medications I was given, and then an additional charge for giving me the medication. This reeks of a medical facility trying to get as much from insurance as possible. When my insurance refused to pay an additional fee for actually giving me the medication, the fee was passed to me. Sadly, when questioned about the extraneous charge, the Cedar Park Physician Associates stood by their billing. Bill paid; search for a general practitioner continues...

Excellent service from both Medical and office staff. Dr. McGaugh Jr is very easy going. Nursing staff is very nice and efficient. Front office has also been a pleasure to deal with - Jessica always gets back to me quickly and has been able to fit me in on extremely short notice (like with 5 minute notice, just before close). I highly recommend.

I know several people have complained about the service from the staff. I was there this afternoon and everyone was great, both on the administration side as well as the medical side. In particular, I need a referral for my HMO which means more paperwork for the staff, and I had some other insurance issues to boot. Jessica did a great job getting it all taken care of. It looks like any problems in the past have been squared away. I can definitely recommend them!
