Dr. Shepler and his staff took excellent care of me for my eye procedure! They got me scheduled right away. I get so nervous but he reassured me and it was completely painless! I will definitely use him for any future eye issues! :)

I was so impressed with the eyelid surgery that Dr. Shepler performed on my mother several years ago that I asked him to do the same surgery on me. He was very informative prior to the surgery both during the office visit and just prior to the actual surgery. He was very attentive to all of my concerns throughout the process. I was very pleased with the outcome and referred my husband to have the same procedure by Dr, Shepler, In fact, I have recommended Dr. Shepler to all of my friends. Vicki Pric

In my opinion Shepler is a very poor communicator. He did not inform me of any of the side effects of eyelids surgery he was going to perform on me, not one! These side effects included the following: -my existing eyeglasses were no longer any good because the surgery changed shape of my eyeballs -my vision became blurred and seeing double worse worse than ever -extreme itching in both eyes which badly disturbed sleep for weeks -could not get new prescription for glasses because it took 5 months for my eyeballs to "stabilize" -without glasses could not drive a car for 5 months. Terribly inconvenient -had to pay to get new glasses At a meeting with me after the surgery he said, without explanation or elaboration, "this will be our last meeting". What did he expect me to do if I needed help? I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shepler was extremely well mannered, explained where I could understand and took of the problem with confidence. He made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend!
