I stayed here for two months. The stay was fine. I put down a $525.00 refundable deposit. That was supposed to given back to me. I have now called the management over 100 times left voicemails and they are ignoring my calls. They have hung up on me. Do not trust Jennifer she is the contact for the management there. She will block your calls and steal your deposit!

The management in this place is nothing but a joke. Obviously the owner doesn't care about the growth of his property but just the growth of his pockets.. disgusted by the way this place has been ran.

I have lived here in park since December 2016-this is my 1st experience with Rv's and it has been incredible to live here! I moved to Texas from Oklahoma to pursue my doctorate in chiropractic. My husband and family all are still in Oklahoma this was to be just a home away from home while I finished my doctorate program-well to make things short did not like the program and am loving my job and love where I live!! It is my home!! I don't want to leave I love it here!! A lot of that is because Jennifer the manager works hard and goes above and beyond to help out her tenants!! My lot is gorgeous! Spacious and I love to sit outside and relax!! My neighbors are friendly and helpful and it is a family friendly environment!! I feel safe here and if iI ever have problems with my trailer Jennifer has jumped rt in and taken care of it! Example-my toilet was broken-my Rv my problem-but I needed help no idea what to do called Jennifer she was here looked it over-gave me numbers to plumbers etc but while I waited she helped stop the leak helped me clean up my floor and let me use her restroom!

The owner is alright, the people who are trying to run it are loosing people faster than they can get them in. Trouble getting your mail, they charge a lot more than the place is worth The manager will cuss you out then through you off the property and put a restraining order against you so you can not be on the property

Excellent park. Very family orientated. Staff is very professional and kind.many events are organized for adults and children.
