Although the grounds and facilities were in excellent condition, heaven forbid if your reserved site is below their perfect (but not well-advertised) standards. They do not hesitate to let you know when you are spoiling their immaculate image. A COMPLETE list of printed rules would have been appreciated upon check-in, not the following afternoon when one steps foot into the office/store for the first time. Instead of a nice greeting, I was asked for my site number and last name. Next I received a lecture on how my cooler, small propane tank, and generator were detracting from the park's tidy reputation by being stored outside the RV. I was informed, then, that only 2 items were allowed to be stored under the back of the RV at any time. This "rule" was not given to me at the time of check-in because we were paying the nightly rate, not the extended stay rate (which has its own set of rules apparently). I also did not appreciate being required to give my site number and last name to a staff person before I was greeted or any of my questions answered. It was like the staff was making sure I was supposed to be there before they would assist me. My family stayed for 3 weeks at this KOA - it was a pleasant stay as long as interactions with the staff were minimal.

We loved this place! All of the staff were helpful and informed. It was clean, up to date, and clean. We had a great experience!

We stayed here for almost a month. After being on the road 3 months, this was the first place I felt comfortable showering without flip-flops. The common areas were impeccably maintained. Joe and Jim were always working to make sure the park was in good shape and collected our garbage everyday. We hope sometime we will be there when the pool and hot tub are open, as they were sparkling and inviting. Wrong time of year and not a surprise as pool opening/closing dates were clearly posted on their website. My 4 grandchildren (ages 5- 12) thoroughly enjoyed the playground, offering tether ball, teeter totter, play fort and swings. The dog park gave our little furball a good place to run and play. We were in a back-in spot adjacent to Hero Way and there was traffic noise during the day, but the quiet hours were enforced and the long-term tenants were friendly. Having LP gas on-site was a lifesaver as there were many 30 degree nights. It was convenient to have bags of ice in the park at a fair price. Our site was level, had trees and a picnic table. Contrary to park rules, many people simply do not clean up after their pets. Maintenance took care of it as soon as they saw it. We have found this is a universal problem at every park we have stayed at and certainly not the fault of management. If they think no one's watching, some people are just pigs, I guess. WiFi was a little slow at times, but cable was good and we were able to pick up lots of channels with our antenna. Close to shopping and restaurants; easy access to 183 freeway. There were no "surprise" charges at check-out and we felt we were treated fairly. We will stay there again when we go through Leander.

We stayed here for 2 months between moves. Owners were very particular about the property(as they should be) and small charges will add up quickly. (Extra cars, guests, kids, pets, etc) Very clean, nice pool & decent facilities.
