The doctors and nurses are all pretty nice. But the staff that check you in always seem to be rude. Idk though all they do is sit there and get paid. But never had any issues. Doctors always diagnose my issue and I get on my way.

Asked for an estimate/quote before moving forward and I m still receiving many bills not at all what they estimated.

So relieved to have a high-quality and personable urgent care in my neighborhood.  I'd go here before visiting my personal doctor - who I like very much, btw - 9 times out of 10.

My experience with this facility and staff was lovely!  I called them when they were 15 mins. from closing, and they told me to come in anyway. Clean, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.

I have to amend my review because it seems that there was a glitch in the appointment system and  API (software) partner. Doctor Nair came in and explained the situation which is appreciated. Everyone was extremely gracious and apologetic.
