I have a good dose of white coat syndrome and avoid this wonderfully by remaining healthy and Never going to the doctor.  However, I had a virus I couldn't kick and headed to this clinic at the prompting of my boyfriend.  

The staff were kind, cheerful and the place was clean.  They looked happy to see us and followed what they said they were going to do step by step.  Dr. G initially presented as stoic but turned out to have that wry, dry sense of humor I love.  He asked as I was leaving "Do you feel reassured?". I did! And that is music to this hypochondriacs ear's.  Go, feel better, be glad you went so you can get on with what's waiting for you on your next healthy day.

The doctor spent 5 minutes asking me questions and just walked out without asking me if I had any questions for him nor telling me that was the end. When I realized that, I already could not see him for another minute because he was already with another patient. The clinic never got back to me about the test results no matter how many times I called them about it, until several months later they called me initially, but instead of telling me what the result was, they told me I owed them money, which was very surprising because I asked them how much it was that day, double checked that and paid the bill ($90+) on the counter to make sure I wouldn't owe them anything. And to settle that 'bill" they claimed I was responsible for, I can't do that online, which as a result I went to the clinic again in person just to pay the bill.

Weren't able to diagnose me with bacterial pneumonia, despite taking a chest x-ray. Instead, I shelled out WAY too much for an urgent care clinic ($159 for base? Seriously?), had to deal with rude physicians assistants, and spent an extra two nights gasping for air and spasmed with chills before I went to the ACTUALLY competent people at UCLA Ronald Reagan and got a diagnosis.

Skip this place.

I've had a couple of emergencies where I was in immense pain on arrival to this Urgent Care. The staff was welcoming and professional. There was no wait for a room. The visits were quick in and out and they helped greatly to relieve my symptoms. I especially appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure my symptoms were totally gone. With a hospital right next door I am confident that if they cannot find the problem they can refer the patient to someone who can.

Amazing staff, Dr and service. 
The rooms are clean, no wait. They went above and beyond for my care. 
Truly a Gem when your sick and/or need care
Highly recommend!!!
