This is the second time I’ve gone here and both times have been so great. 
Gabi cut my hair this last time and did such an amazing job. I wanted layers but was kinda hesitant. I’m blown away, this is easily the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was the perfect amount of talkative and easy to talk at that. 
They have a shampoo and conditioning hair treatment, that I swear by. It’s $15 and I believe it lasts 15 or so washes. 
Today is the first time I’ve ever written a review and also the first time I’ve ever SCHEDULED a second appointment with someone. Great job Gabi!!!

My experience at Celebrity Salon was horrible. Not because of the terrible manicure I had either, it was because of the owner, Laura. You may notice she comments back on every low scored review with a defense, that’s a terrible way to prove she doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Laura, I hope you’re reading. My manicure was bad- I told the receptionist when she asked me how everything was. I told her it doesn’t seem right to pay for a poor job. She offered me to come back 2 hours later to have someone else do the service. I believe that the currency of the future is time, and I did not budget my time to come back. I declined the offer, and she offered me a complimentary manicure next time I come in which I said, “I don’t want to be rude but I won’t be coming back.” She went to get the owner, Laura. Laura told me she saw nothing wrong with the manicure, even though 2 nails were not even fully painted. I rolled my eyes and paid reluctantly. Then I realized it was wrong of me to cough up my hard earned money for a expectation was not met. So I called to talk to Laura about refunding my payment, and I had to wait about 1.5-2.0 hours for a call back.  “We take pride in providing the highest level of expertise.” (Website homepage) False. I understand the woman who did my service was new, I do not understand how Laura cannot take ownership of the poor job. She finally called me back and talked over me as I tried to explain why I was unhappy, and didn’t understand how you can claim customer service that inconveniences  the customer. And blamed it on me for not stopping in the middle of the service to tell someone. I didn’t want to offend my technician by walking away to complain. She fussed at me as I explained I don’t believe the service provided met the companies standards as well as mine. To which she replied “if it’s all about the money to you, come back and I’ll give it to you.” One does not become successful by throwing their money away on undeserving products. When I returned for my refund, Laura didn’t speak or look at me until after she had run my card. When she finally spoke she said, “if you wanted a complimentary manicure you should have just asked for it at the beginning and I would have been happy to give it to you.” Suggesting I was just in this for a free manicure. I was embarrassed by the poor job and had purchased nail polish remover to take it off. But she’s also suggesting if you ask for one she’s happy to give a free manicure so someone should probably test that to see how it goes. To which I replied, “I don’t believe the service I paid for was deserving of what I gave.” She interrupted me to say “have a nice day goodbye.” I am floored. I hope no one has to deal with her unprofessionalism ever again, but by the looks of the reviews I am not the first, and I will certainly not be the last. I took the polish off my nails later in the afternoon for obvious reasons. But it still isn’t the terrible manicure that has me so upset. I don’t know what her excuse will be to this post but be wary of an owner who has to make excuses. I will never take my business anywhere but my salon in Houston. Which I go to every 2 weeks and pay $60 for a well-deserved manicure. I am happy to pay what is deserved, it’s not “all about money.”

Went  here to get my nails done for a special occasion and the job done was shoddy at best and mediocre. I could have done it at home myself if I knew that it would turn out so. The nail tech did not seem to know what she was doing and besides the lumpy shellac, she didn't take her time shaping my nails therefore they were not that great. Will definitely keep searching for a better nail salon around the area.
