I took my client here today the lady that styled her hair was sweet and did a great job asking my client many questions to make sure she got exactly what she wanted, however they don't seem concerned with growing their customer base. We won't go back here for a couple of reasons 1 we were the only customers upon arrival 1 girl was doing her own hair the other was doing nothing so we had to wait until the one finished her hair. 2. The music they were playing made the experience uncomfortable. And 3. These girls need to learn how to at least act mature when customers are in the building.

After showing a photo of a simple hair cut, the stylist cut my hair too long. I requested 3 time for it to be shorter before just giving up. Also while having my hair cut, the stylist and receptionist argued about the schedule and vacation days which made me uncomfortable. I now have to go somewhere else for ANOTHER hair cut to fix their mess up. Never going back.

I went for the first time, my hair was uneven n gapped..  I went back for a fix by a different employee.. not a lot she could do, but she tried hard tho my bangs weren't as I asked.

If you go there ask for Danny very sweet and professional. She does what you ask her to do unlike other places that try and talk you into styles or cuts you don't want. She did an amazing job on my hair. I went to a dark color with high lights and my hair came out beautiful and is even healthier then before! Thanks Danny.

Our experience at this salon started out good.  My daughter and mother had their hair cut.  My Mom showed the stylist a picture of how she wanted her hair.  She was told her hair was too thin to cut in this style. She then cut her hair in a longer style completely ignoring her request.  Then when we asked for her to shorten it the stylist acted like we were disrupting her day.  She did cut it shorter but gapped the back of neck line, and ignored the 4 times we asked to have the hair over her ears trimmed to not cover her ears.  My daughter's cut was ok considering she has such long hair, but is is uneven as far as a symmetrical layer to match on each side.  We will not return to this salon.
