I have been a repeat customer at this store and will definitely go back again. Their deal for tempered glass can't be beat. I am notorious about dropping my phone and have not cracked my screen after getting the tempered glass on at this location. The tempered glass has shattered once and they replaced it for no cost. I also needed a new battery and they were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend this store and am planning on buying my next phone here. You can't beat their customer service! -------------- I'm updating my review since I came back to fix my phone after repeatedly dropping it over the last year. These guys are great, can't recommend them enough. What impressed me is how they are always looking for value for the customers that come in. Here are examples: 1. They bought machines that can actually scrape glass of the screen, and put new glass on. They walked me back to the room behind, and showed me the machines. It looks complicated, as they scrape the glass off, clean of the display, and then go in the clean room and run it through a number of functions in a couple of machines. They are finishing their training and set-up, and will be selling this soon. It will be a way to save money for people when the display works but the glass is cracked. Will be exciting to see. 2. The devices they have in the store are of great value. I was going to say they were really cool – but you can get the same functions in different places. The owner was telling me how they look for value. For instance, they have a phone and Alexa controlled plug that automates turning a light, coffeemaker, or whatever on or off. You can find this everywhere, but the price and capability of this particular one is superior. And, best of all, they set it up on your phone before you leave. Another is a very inexpensive camera that has all kinds of functions (and looks like an outstanding baby monitor) that also is a great value, and they set it up for you. There’s more. I was told the selection differs, depending on where they find value. 3. The owner told me that two of the three highest stores the refer people to them are competitors in phone repair, as they have the tools and skills for the hard jobs. I admit, I like local. But I also like having local skilled people that can help find good value and help me. These guys seem to be open, helpful and honest, go see them for any repair needs.

Slimy and dubious people Ok. The hinge of my computer came off around October 2017. I went to this store to see what can be done. One of the employees told me that he will try to see if he can fix it. I paid $39.99 for this. A few hours later, I got a phone call saying that I should come check it out. The good news was that the hinge was back in its place, the bad news was that the screen is now crack. And this is when the game began. The employee told me that the screen was crack when I brought it in, and that the crack didn't happen in their store. I really felt insulted as he was trying to take me as a fool. I told him this was impossible as you can now obviously see where the computer was dropped ( the right upper side of the laptop was now chipped off). I asked to talk to the manager, and the manager and I settled on a deal. I buy the new part, and they fix it for free. I paid for the part right there, and they told me they are gonna ship it from China. And in by mid of November it should be ready. When I got back in Nov, they told me that they never said November they said December. I was now very upset as I feel they are taking me for a fool because I am not from over here. So when I went back in December, they told me that they can't provide service to someone like me because I wasn't nice to their employees. They gave me my computer back ( which they broke in their store) and refunded my money for the parts. The really upsetting part in all this ordeal was they kept my computer for an extra month with no intention of fixing it. To making things worse, they lied and said they called me 4 times to tell me to come pick up my computer. These folks are just a bunch of professional lairs with no heart or conscience. They should be ashamed of running a business like this.

I wouldn't trust my phone with these people. I went in because my phone wasn't charging well. Nothing else was the matter wtih it. They said it needed a new charging port for appx $70.00 which i agreed to. I was supposed to come back in an hour. When I did, my phone was taken apart and they were having a meeting so it wasn't ready. I waited about 30 minutes while someone put it back together. When she gave it to me, she attempted to show me that it worked but was having trouble with the touch screen. She and both knew there was no trouble with the screen before. She said sometimes when they put it back together, it takes a minute for the screen to get to the right temperature and it should be fine. An hour later, the screen didn't work at all. I went back in and was told I another needed a new screen which cost $100. I reluctantly agreed and tried to talk to them about a discount since it worked before the charger port repair. They didn't budge but once they put a new screen on, it still didn't work. They also said it would take 30 minutes so I waited and it took almost 2 hours because they kept stopping to help other people they thought might be spending more, I guess. So they then charged me $30 to put my old screen back on. So now I have spent $100 and a phone that worked when I took it in to them now doesn't work at all. The lady that charged me the $30 was very rude and hateful and acted like I was trying to get something for free. Never once did she apologize for the mess they caused or offer any sort of compromise. Just pay them $100 for them to break my phone and then be rude in the process. Just beware.

The people here at the phone store treat you like family as soon as you walk in! there prices are incredible on repairs and accessories and are the cheapest i have ever seen for quality items ! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs cell repairs or awesome accessories! They are truly awesome folks Thank You so much Steve Bendell

Came in with an emergency iPhone 7plus screen and battery replacement, they were amazing! Did everything they could to help us smoothly and quickly. They never promised us in the beginning it would work but worked every aspect to make sure we would walk out with a working phone! Amazing customer service, will be returning for all electronic needs!!!! Thank you so much Jarrod for staying late to make sure we had amazing customer service and a working phone!
