After a bad experience at my phone carrier's store, I came to this Best Buy because they have always been friendly and knowledgable. Ted helped me find the right phone for my needs and answered all of my questions. Then the phone I chose ended up being on sale, which is always a bonus. I will continue to utilize this best buy for all my tech needs.

Great service and very knowledgeable about computers. Two Geek's assisted and not only good, but funny. After buying a computer we had an issue with my email on my cell phone the guys at the phones solved my problem in no time at all.

Excellent experience with N. May Ave. store in Okla City to purchase a new desk top computer. Led me to the unit that would best meet my needs. Paid for in home installation which was a s mart move because it gave me increased education on the unit and when my monitor would not work with the new unit the installer went to the store and purchased a new one for me and continued the installation. Highly recommend the Geek Squad staff.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help. A little frustrated that unless you purchase insurance on a product that Best Buy does not honor the manufacturers warranty out side of a very short window. You are forced to deal with the manufacturer at that point. If you purchase the insurance on that product. There are no questions asked and it is as simple as selecting the replacement product and even an upgrade from that defective product and pay the difference. Seems like the one year manufacturer warranty should be part of the return or exchange policy to make the shopping experience as easy as possible.

felt like was absolutely hounded by sales staff wanting to let me know about all the latest and greatest. just wanted to look around without commission sales staff but it got so annoying I just left.
