Today 2/28/18 has been the worst experience coming to visit my late father today. I drove an hour from upstate and as soon as I parked i went inside to use the restrooms. Well, the restrooms werent working because they had no water apparently. With that, they hand me a printed map and highlighted me where to go. You could just get visible signs that people can see and that would take a lot of frustration away. { im used to being down by the train tracks to visit my dad} they instructed me to go to the very top of the hill to the chapel and use their bathrooms. It is not easy to find at all and when I went back to complain all the woman could say was “ 🤷🏻‍♀️ Well we cant use the bathrooms either and we have to go up there too” yeah thats great and all but you work here so you OBVIOUSLY know where to go.  I was not pleased with her attitude and furthermore they are cutting down all the greenery and shrubs resulting in making it harder to find my father! I went around in circles forever!!! People are coming here to visit there loved ones have more compassion GOOD GRIEF!

My grandpa is very here. Very nice place, nice staff. I just wish the visitation hours were longer and that the GPS takes you through the main entrance instead of the side.

The place is beautiful. The people that work and run this place. Are horrible. You would think on mothers day. They would open up at 8am. Just like there website says. You wouldnt believe the traffic jam that this place is causing. Because of thete lack of concern
