If you have allergies or asthma, this is the place go. It's all about business but the staff are so cool. You're given an id card before your first appointment and when you walk in they swipe it and bingo, have a seat. Just about two or three mins after you sit down and bingo, you're called to see the doctor. The place is too good to be true, bit it is.

The good: The doctors and staff are very competent and professional. I'm very happy with the results of my allergy treatments. I'm about a year into treatment and it's pollen season. I'm outside without sneezing, watery eyes, etc. I'm very happy with the progress so far. When I go in twice per week for shots, they're fast and efficient. I'm generally there 20 minutes or less for my shots. The bad: Their shot hours are pretty bad if you work a normal M-F 8-5. The Douglasville office is open for shots M,T,Th 9a-11:30a and 1p-5p . That means I can't come in before work, after work, or on my lunch break for shots. You take shots twice per week and I have to leave work early both of those days. I'd recommend you look closely at their schedule to make sure it works with your schedule BEFORE beginning treatment. This doesn't just apply to CAA, but for anyone you have to see twice per week. It's a big commitment no matter when you take your shots, but it's and even bigger pain to have to leave work early twice per week.
