This is the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my entire life! DO NOT go here. They are rude, you can't get a live person on the phone and when leaving a voice mail (multiple messages even!), no one ever calls you back. I literally had to get in my car and drive there just to talk to someone! Save yourself the aggravation and find a different neurologist! If there was a -5 stars that's what I would rate this practice. It is completely awful!

Poor Service given.
Yesterday my review was mysteriously deleted...but here it is, once more.
 Good luck with the front office staff. I was treated VERY rudely & discourteously by front office personnel with the exception of 1 young lady. One young lady in the front office is very confrontational and unkind. Be cautious... The same young lady became irate and  argumentative...admonishing my requests with "THATS NOT MY JOB"...Another kind staff member interjected with a resolution...which further angered the inital unpleasant young lady.

 It is very unfortunate to receive POOR SERVICE, WHEN you are in need of care.YIKES!!!

The staff was incredibly rude, especially Alli.  The feeling I received is that this office is reminiscent of old school Douglas County,  where racism and discrimination was alive and well.   It was absolutely astonishing to watch the level of treatment received by those who came in and where Caucasian as oppose to those who were African American.   It is so apparent that its scary.   The staff is not diverse at all, and they offer no apologies for their behavior.   When i asked to see the Dr., I was advised that she was not available to see patients.  imagine that....a Dr office not available to see patients
