Set up, to come see if I could get appointment with Dr.Micheal Lott, called ahead so they could get papers ready for for to sign and get medical records from previous doctors, only to ask them "is, this it, addresses and fax numbers?" Yup, our office will be in touch when they received everything, aweek, later, I get a letter asking to give them money to get the records .97 per page,(1-20) .83 per page (21-100), etc... So you didn't send for my records yet and you send me a letter aweek after the fact? Really, A phone call to me or just telling me at the office would have me entirely to difficult?
