I would like to say thank you so very very much to the Center for Arkansas Legal Services and Little Rock Arkansas prior to reaching out for service regarding bankruptcy options. I did not know what I would do I was afraid I felt alone and thanks to the legal services team at Miss Erica Carey it sure made that everything will be okay and I wouldn't be alone going through the bankruptcy process. The team at Center For Arkansas  Legal Services and Erica F. Carey walked me through the entire process, answered and address any questions or concerns I had miscarry thank you so very much for your patient and helping me resolve this financial burden to allow me to be able to I have a new start and be able to take care of my grandchildren. what a waste of time contacting these people, they assigned my case to an attorney named gary vangildner i believe. mr vangildner returned a letter to me telling me that the arkansas uninsured motor vehicle statue cover bodily injury and i would have had to elected property coverage under the policy new flash i had uninsured property coverage on my policy.. he further tells me toward the end of his letter that i do not have a claim against allstate.. i didnt contact the legal center for advice , i contacted them seeking representation, i  made this clear from the initial conversation. without so much as reviewing the information i had for the case, they system proclaimed i had no case, they seem to be completely unaware  the the legislative intent of the UI Motorist Act is to prevent financial harm to the insured motorist at the hands of the uninsured, to allow for recovery all money that one would be able to collect from a insurance company had the operator had insurance, any exclusion written into the policy is void if it violates this underlying intent  cross v state farm mutual auto ins This language is consistent with the language of section 23–89–403, which states that its purpose is to protect those who are legally entitled to recover damages from owners or operators of uninsured *500motor vehicles. Ark. Code Ann. § 23–89–403a1 Repl. 2014. Our supreme court has held that the policy requirement that an insured must be "legally entitled to recover from an uninsured motorist is intended only to require a showing of fault on the part of the uninsured motorist." Elam v. Hartford Fire Ins.  The purpose of UM coverage is to protect the insured from financially irresponsible motorists, Jacobs v. Gulf Insurance Co. , 85 Ark. App 435, 438, 156 S.W.3d 737, 738– 39 2004 citing Pardon v. Southern Farm Bureau Cas. Ins. Co. , 315 Ark. 537, 868 S.W.2d 468 1994 , and this exclusion deprives Cross of that  i woujld be vary warry of legal advice coming from this center, i have no idea how they came up with their analysis but they are  completely wrong in the advice they provide.,  it would be best if you provided accurate information  to clients, every thing you sent under "advisement" was incorrect, which tells me you jsut flipped an answer off the top off someones head, and never evaluated my case in any fashion.  explained the case and why i contacted you before mr vangilder ever was assigned the case, i think you comment  would reflect something regarding him provided legal advice that is incorrect and have that corrected.  what if i hadnt already done my homework on this case, most people would accept it as accurate coming from a licensed attorney. i can assure mr vangildner does not need to be advising anyone if that is his attention to matters

Excellent service.  Attorney Lewelyn and other attorneys I dealt with were very professional and very knowledgeable, through what was for me, a very long ordeal.  Thank you Ms. Lewelyn and thank you Center for Arkansas Legal Services.

When I started my journey and contacting Center for Arkansas legal services I spoke to a few of the staff members to get started and they were very nice and friendly until I got to the lawyer part. I have never dealt with the legal system in any shape form or fashion and going into this blindly and when I was assigned Riley Cauley things the same to went down hill. I didn’t know cases could be handled in different ways so when I started my case I feel as though Mr. Cauley didn’t ask either enough questions or the right questions to get my case to where it need to go and making it sound like I was at fault and every time we spoke I felt it was a very condescending conversation and a little rude. I think lawyers should speak to people in a “non” lowery voice and it might make people feel more at ease when trying to handle anything in the legal system. I can definitely hope to never ever need another lawyer in my life cuz this experience was raw!

Mr. Riley Cauley represented me in a divorce case and was a very outstanding Attorney. I want to thank you for being there for me from the beginning to the end of this divorce. Mr. Cauley is an Attorney that keeps in contact with you through out the process and are there every step of the way. Again if I ever needed Legal Service again I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank You So Much Mr.Cauley!
