I would give this place no stars. I posted a year ago about how horrible this place was. Guess they didn’t like my review and took it down. The staff is rude, uncaring, and only want your money.  I lost my dog one year ago today from complications after surgery days after visiting this place. I was mislead and treated in such a nasty manor all the while my boy was in severe pain.  Please if you love your pet stay away from this place. The staff is unprofessional which includes the front desk.

This would be a 0 star review if It was possible. Our dog has a cyst on his tail that ruptured. I asked them what my options were and let them know I didn't want to make the trip if they wouldn't remove it or drain it. After being put on hold I was told we should bring him in  to be seen and they might be able to do something. 

After driving 20 miles on a Sunday we sat and waited to eventually be brought into an exam room and then told we wouldn't be able to be present while the doctor examined Murphy. At that point we stated if that was the case we'll be leaving now please bring us our dog.  The young lady went to the back then came back out and said it was ok for us to be present.

After a brief examination, the doctor told us he has a cyst and it should be removed. Well we knew that and that's why we brought him in. She stated that she couldn't do it. I asked why we weren't told that in the first place before we drove 20 miles and are now going to be charged $95 for an exam that didn't tell us a thing we were't already aware of. 

We were lured in under the false pretense that something could be done right away. When all they wanted was us to pay a Fee for an exam and what ever else they were going to try to tack on to refer us to our normal vet. 

This place should try practicing a little bit of honesty and integrity, they give veterinary medicine a bad name.

Great Pets ER. We received good help from very nice people. Definitely a place to go if you have an emergency for your pet outside working hours.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a clinic. Thanks secretaries and techs were very nice and attentive. The overall experience was terrible. I thought my Yorkie had swallowed something. They took her back an I did not see her for 41/2 hours. They presented every an estimate of $711-$811.00 to do tests ($95 to tell me they thought she was depressed....well she was locked in a cage for 41/2 hours. They refused to minimize any of the tests even though the dog had just been to the vet. They would not allow me to pay the exorbident amount in the morning(my bank was closed).  They took my social and my licence so they knew where to find me. I told them I would leave and see my vet in the morning. Then you basically must sign a form that says you are risking your pets life by leaving because you are too poor to pay... basically the cost of a washer and dryer). I despise them. They should not be called emergency vets. They do not care about let's or clients.  My dog saw my vet on Monday @ 1/4 of the price they wanted and received treatment. These people take advantage of people in an compromised emotional state. NEVER again.

Great experience with everyone there. We took our 16 year old lab there she had to be euthanized. Entire staff was friendly courteous and helped us tremendously with a difficult situation. Can’t thank them enough!!!!
