The website is mediocre to terrible when it comes to ease of accessibility.  The links either don't work or information does not show up at all if one is using a browser like Safari.  It looks nice, but it needs to be much better organized, the links need to make more sense, and it needs to be streamlined so the accessibility is limited initially to only the cinema and its offerings in Hot Springs, no matter which pertinent link you click on, such as Buy Tickets.

In serious need of a make-over. Dirty, shabby restrooms. Theaters have old sagging seats and stained mucky floors. Yuck. And they dont even post the names of the movies outside the theater doors. If you're not listening carefully when the ticket seller tells you which theater to go to, you're lost.

Excellent staff, love the updates done with adding your own butter and drink options. Absolutely the best! Prices comparable to other Hot Springs movies BUT the one behind the mall lacks the customer service found here. It may be a little smaller but it is cozy and very family friendly! Been going here for over 10 years would not go anywhere else

Drove 30 miles to see Daddy's Home 2 only to fine the movie was broken. I wish Flixter had a notification of that.  :( They did offer a discount on another movie but there wasn't anything for children at that time.
