I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have given me the WORST quality of service I have ever experienced in any medical facility. I have asked for a prescription to be filled four times and each time the receptionist assured me that she has submitted the order but somehow the doctor never gets the message. Clearly someone is lying. Staff is also completely nonchalant about being negligent when it comes to patients’ care. I feel like the nonchalance is because they primarily serve underprivileged populations and they assume that their patients don’t know that they deserve better service. As a public health professional, I am beyond disappointed with the lack of a sense of urgency in this facility that is supposed to be serving the community.
Finding a good doc is tough but here we got a great one ! Dr. Beatrice has been working so hard to help my son with all his medical problems, sending him to the perfect specialist. Will the help of Dr. Washington's my son and his children will have a chan. Thanknk you so much and praise the lord also I don't want to forget about his nurse and staff who are all so friendly with us
They're a mess at this place. Lack of therapist and the Dental is awful!! I've been waiting almost a year for a replacementFlippertooth, not to mention originally went in for fillings that's never been done. They're pathetic!!!! Wish I could give no stars.
Entire staff is rude but i had to meet with a Andrea Dye-farginson who was extremely rude and kept randomly walking out of the room, she did not listen to anything, for example, I had to say my father was dead 3 different times then proceeded to ask where my dad was a bit later in the meeting. I do not recommend this place at all
Staff, not all, were extremely condescending and disrespectful. They just need someone to look down on. Very good job indeed.
It is basically impossible to reach this office at any time on any day via phone. It is as if no one works or the employees simply cannot hear the phone ringing.
For mental health services they are without a doubt awful. It is something that is truly heart breaking. Not reliable and that is something that is most when trying to navigate life and your health. Its definitely a broken system and nothing about this place is on the right track. If you are able to get yourself in the door some place else I would recommend that before giving this place a chance.
Left countless voicemails because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Have never called me back. When they picked up the phone, they would drop my call. Can’t even make an appointment without calling 20+ times.
Friendly. Thorough. Nice. Smooth. But Dr. Oliva Croom, DDS is the bomb. She is God sent. She extracted a tooth of mine, I felt NO pain from the needle or procedure. I cried from pure joy. I need six pulled. I'll be making an appointment to see her. OMG six!!! I want a better smile.
Part 1 This has been One of the Most Demoralizing Experiences in My Life. To extract My Teeth and then don't even Answer the Phone or Return Phone Calls when You leave Messages for 3-Months...
