Sometimes the wait is pretty long.other times its not. But they make up for that with they attitude. Very friendly n polite. My OB is Dr.Gibson n she is the best! Very cool.straight forward

I wouldn't recommend this place. It's a shame that anytime you patronize businesses in the city, you have to deal with unprofessional people. I called to make an appointment as I need a regular family doctor. I advised the lady on the phone that I was looking for a family doctor, the lady then stated "we have two doctors in the office one is a family doctor and the other is an OBGYN," so obviously the OB would be considered a specialty doc. I stated again an OB is a specialty doctor and I'm looking for a regular doctor since I have asthma. She then rudely said, "we don't have any appointments till January." How rude and unprofessional. 1st of all, learn how to listen. Secondly, patients pay your salary learn how to talk to people.

This is the first time I've ever reviewed anything but I feel like I Need to say something. I'm a pregnant patient that just move back into the state. And they sent me here because my previous Gynecologist Dr. Gibson works here. She is honestly the I've ever had. She's not the problem. The problem is the facility is underfunded, understaffed, unorganized, and unprofessional. They will not ever pick up their phone. they won't have your back in an emergency, EVER!! You've been warned, go at your own risk.

This place is horrible. Slowest service ever. You would be better off going to the ER because it's about the same wait. Every time I have scheduled appt w/ my pcp I dont see him until 2-3 hours after my appt time. I have spent 4hrs in this clinic before just to be seen for 10 secs. Literally waited almost 2 hrs just to have my vitals taken. No way there should be a 4 Hr wait for a check up. I like Dr. Treece but not to the point where I have to be frustrated everytime I come to this facility. I will be switching my pcp.

They are suppose to open at 8:30am. I was there at 9:27am and not a person in sight. I didnt have time to go to the office downtown. Very unprofessional. Open more centers on Saturday or tell your workers to show up on time.
