Great place! Our occupational therapist Sara is the greatest. We work together to help my son and i couldnt ask for a better therapist for my son. 😊

Very unprofessional! The therapist gave notice and was told to leave that day. The owner told me that it wasn't her responsibility to call her clients and inform them of the change in staff in order to transition the children with special needs. The owner advised she wasn't a therapist and she couldn't help with the situation even for a customer of eight years. This has left eight other clients at the same school stranded. I have referred countless clients to her agency for the excellent therapists but unfortunately her staff and the owner need to understand that customer service goes a long way. I'm sorry but as a an owner you are slresoinsible for your staff as they reflect on you. Amy you dropped the ball! What a disappointment! Unprofessional and frankly not best practice with clients!
