Worst place ever. 
First, bed bugs everywere, check pictures to see it by yourself. I killed a total of 5 bed bugs, the Red onces, you can see the last one from tonight. I asked to be moved into another room, same thing, pictures of the other insects come from this room, the 211... Insects everywere, you can see one on the ceramic toilet. Price too high for the Service you get, and remember, you are in one of the worst and dangerous area in Los Angeles. room was full of hair and dust on the ground when I first get in. Warm water do not exist, wifi is super slow and it get no signal from room 207. Do not come in this place, don't make my misstake. PS This morning someone enter in my room, that it was supposed to be accessible only with my magnetic card.... I was sleeping and he sayed "Oh, I'm sorry!" and left. Do not come here!

This is the best hotel I've ever been to for the price nice rooms are always clean no  bedbugs no rodents no stains smells good every time

Creepy. Didnt stay here. Beds looked sunken in with a mirror as a headboard.
Good if youre desperate. Cheap price.

Small rooms, a little outdated but not bad for the price.  There were no towels in our room but shortly after notifying the staff the promptly supplied us with towels.  Nice people

actually pretty upset that i am forced to give a 1 star rating when this place actually deserves NO stars. booked this place thru BOOKING.COM & i can't even believe that this hotel is allowed to be in business! these people do NOT have hot water. I had the room for 3 days & 2 nights & complained about the water EVERYDAY. I had to take showers in cold water because i simply refuse to go without a shower.  there was no hot water during my stay & they didn't even go in to check because if they did they would have realized that the water was extremely cold. maintenance would knock to come & get our dirty towels but would not give us clean towels back???? on sep 14, they came to get the towels & i did not have clean towels close to 4 HOURS later!! owner came by knocking saying "can you guys get out for 20 minutes while we replace the furniture in the room with new furniture?" WTF!! i said you can wait until we leave which will be in half an hour but i am still waiting to my clean towels. he stated they had no clean towels yet & i said "sir i need to take a shower, i still don't have hot water either, but i have somewhere i need to be at soon so i need the towels now" dude came back 5 minutes later with "clean towels", let's not even talk about how their "clean" towels smell like cigarettes!!! I specifically requested a "quiet room" online & booked this place because parking was included. There was no notice or warning letting us know that they were going to be remodeling rooms. 9am & already loud banging on walls to put up new frames etc. & PARKING IS NOT FREE, online it says it is free but upon arriving to the hotel, you will get charged a $20 deposit & will get the money back after leaving. SO NO, You definitely have to pay for PARKING. CHECK OUT ON BOOKING.COM says 11AM & on their table (which i noticed day i was leaving) check out is scheduled for 10am!!! This is major because today, when i was supposed to leave i called around 10:40 asking if we can stay 30 minutes past check out so 11:30. They said "perfectly fine" yet when we went up to the office, guy tried to tell me i was not going to get back my $20 deposit for parking my vehicle since i checked out late. WOW, i told him "LETS TALK ABOUT HOW WE DIDNT HAVE HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER FOR 3 DAYS!!" & he tried to tell me "i don't know how if i have hot water, & someone checked & it was hot" I promise you i was so upset i just said "you know what, whatever, i just wish you would have at least told me over the phone that i could check out late BUT THAT i would not receive my deposit back!!" Once i said this the guy handed me $20 bill. I got my deposit back but was upset how i tried to be understanding & giving these people a chance, STILL deciding to put up with the issues & stay at the hotel BUT this guy had the audacity to say "you checked out late so you won't get the deposit back" LIVID. I will be contacting an inspector to check out this place. this place does NOT deserve to be in business!! It will be reported to the Better Business Burea & i will make sure that these people do not EVER try to rob someone of their money again!! I don't care how cheap this place is, YOU MUST provide customers with the minimum basics!!!! This place even had drinking cups from the Ramada & a small BEST WESTERN shampoo to use as HAND SOAP. NO OTHER TOILETRIES PROVIDED!!!!
